Scheduled maintenance. Reliable, regular service you can count on.
Set it and forget it. Simon comes by on a regular schedule so the lawn and gardens never get away from you.

What is scheduled maintenance?
Scheduled maintenance is a regular, booked-in service where your lawns and gardens are looked after on a set schedule, rather than calling each time the yard gets out of hand.
Visits can bring together mowing, edging, hedge trimming, weeding and general tidying, depending on what your property needs. The schedule can change with the seasons: more often in the warmer months when everything grows fast, and less often through winter.
It suits busy households, people who are away a lot, rental properties, holiday homes and anyone who would rather spend their weekends doing something else.

The benefits of scheduled maintenance
- Always looking good
The yard never gets away from you between visits.
- Nothing to remember
No need to book each time. It just happens.
- Easier upkeep
A lawn that is looked after regularly is healthier and easier to keep that way.
How often are the visits?
That is up to you and your property. Fortnightly in summer and less often in winter is a common pattern for lawns.
Is it good for rental properties?
Yes. Regular maintenance keeps rentals presentable for tenants and inspections.
Can I add other services?
Yes. Hedging, mulching, gutter cleaning and jet washing can be added to a visit when needed.
